Mrs. Iberia Hampton Has Transitioned

Mrs. Iberia Hampton, mother of Assassinated Black Panther Deputy Chairman Fred Hampton Sr., transitioned on Sunday Morning October 16, 2016. Mrs. Hampton is the Grandmother of Chairman Fred Hampton Jr..  She was 94 years old.
