Let The Record Reflect
Let the record reflect that in this photo of former LAPD Christopher Dorner. Is the infamous William "Bill' Bratton. The Same Bratton that the Black Panther Party Cubs along with other courageous forces and organizations of the Oakland, Ca. community. Challenged the City Council and the administration in general of him being brought in as a consultant. To the already, what the courts have referred to as 'out of compliance police department."
