Chairman Fred Jr. on "Memorial Day"

We remember the Men and Women that fight and fought in our interests.  Those that have been snatched up, shot up, and locked up. Those that were sent to the graveyards and had never gave up. those that went against the grain and those that were forced to give birth while being held in chains.  To those that clinched their fist, those that resisted, and those that didn't take no shit.  For the mothafuckahs that this government has murdered, whether it be via the Deathrows, COINTELPROS, and the ways in which words can't even explain.  And only God knows. We remember the Mumias, MOVE9's and Shaka Sankofas. The Reverend Nats', Gabriel Prossers and rest of those that dared to fight Black. The Deacons for Defense, Malcolm X's, Minister Huey P. and the rest of them Black Cats that strapped up and were willing to shoot back. I/We commit to never forget the Marcus Garveys and the rest of the Greats. The Fannie Lou Hamers, Ella Bakers, as well as to the Akua Njjeris and those that are still her today. Today and everyday we salute our Souljahs and Souljarettes and state that we shall never forget.

In the same breath, no we will never forget what you and your Soldiers do and have done. Your Army, Air Force, Navy and Marines. Your Yankees and Confederates. Your Blue Coats as well as the Reds. Your plundering plantations, your sharecropping and slavery, and segregation. The bodies that your armys butchered in Botswana to the role that your Ruling class ass played in Rwanda. Your General Pattons and your School of Assassins. Your holding of Political Prisoners, your beatings and tortures and small food rations. Your economic greed, throughout Africa and the Americas your vicious deeds. To what your Soldiers did to those in the Fillapines. From your International troops, armed with bulletproof vests bayonets, and steeled boots. To the Southside of Chicago to your Special Task Forces and Beatdown crews. From the Congo to Chicago, like a Kenyan Elephant we shall never forget. From your mercenaries in Mogadishu to your flooding every colonized community with Crack, agent provocateurs and rats. Your Agent Orange that you sprayed in Viet Nam and them punk ass preachahs, politicians, and poverty pimps that you sent to my community in order to keep them calm.  You damn right! we remember!
           -Chairman Fred H.A.M.pton Jr. POCC/BPPC
                WE RIDE!

Amongst other points, what is "amazing" is how those that are in position to do so. Will do benefit concerts for capitalist controlled corporations, fund fake philanthropy ventures, etc.. However, when it comes to something that directly impacts the valley, the community. They are unwilling and/or unable. Between these Rza, Ludicariss, and Slave-Z campaigns. Bill Cosby, Ophrah Winphrey tax write offs. You would think that funds would be the last thing that our communitys would have to worry about not having. However, as Tupac put it, "everybody knows that 'chairty' doesn't make it to the hood."
                      - Chairman Fred H.A.M.pton Jr. POCC/BPPC.

Free Robert Seth Hayes. Free 'em All

Revolutionary greetings, dear comrades, friends and supporters.

This is Robert Seth Hayes, a former member of the Black Panther Party and a Black Liberation Army combatant. Still incarcerated, yet still progressing, I am determined to have closure to an era of Civil Rights struggles. To those of you who have been partners in solidarity, I extend my arms to enfold you. Let the vibration of my beating heart surround and comfort you. And may my spirit ever illuminate as a light along the path,. as you continue your journey of making history. Greetings of profound respect. To all the Sisters and Brothers new to this all inclusive struggle: welcome, thank you, your support and attention are sorely needed.

In June of 2012 I will return to the New York State parole board, and again apply for release. After being originally incarcerated in 1973, I first came up for parole in 1998, and have continued to receive two year hits since then. At present, we are again engaged in fund raising mode for our new legal strategy and have our work cut out for us. We are our own liberators, so we again ask you for assistance.

June of 2012 is the next date where we will again meet our opposition and enter the fight for freedom. We have already accomplished much, but the battle resumes and again we must be prepared.

Please assist us with whatever funds you can contribute in this on going fight to free all PP/POW's.

Please send contributions for the Legal Defense Fund for Robert Seth Hayes to our director: Nate Buckley, 438 Massachusetts Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14213.

If you wish to send a letter to the parole commissioners requesting my release and asking them to bring closure to both our fallen freedom fighters and our communities as a whole, send your letters c/o Cherly L. Kates, P.C., Attorney At Law, PO Box 734, Victor NY 14564.

Your efforts are honored and appreciated. Stay Strong.

Know that your love and support provides support and strengthens my and others determination to prevail.

As a political prisoner and prisoner of war, I extend to you much love and admiration, from the many who are confined, but who remain still at the heart of the struggle. Much love to you!

With honor and respect, love and solidarity, Robert Seth

POCC/BPPC Peoples Investigation

A POCC/BPPC Peoples Investigation later revealed that the alleged individual responsible for the Tuesday Churchs chicken shooting. Had been in dire need of mental health attention. In which the pigs of all sorts and departments had refused. And literally placed him in the community in order to create an antagonistic situation. In conclusion..The Pigs produce the problems within the community.

The Mother Ode' - To The Mommas and Mothers - From Chairman Fred Jr.

The Mother Ode’

You think I forgot?
 Well, I think not!
From the Pyramids to the plantation,
Through the sharecropping and segregation.
To the Ole’ Earth from her seed Yes, indeed you carried me.
In Africa I rode your back On the plantation a potato sack.
Whatever the case you held me tight.
Kept me close those winter nights. (whisper)
Matriarchs and Mothers and Queens and Nannies.
Big Mamas and Dear Mamas, Geronimos and grannies.
Healers of sickness who addressed the business.
Wasn’t no need for traveling, homemade healthcare!
From common colds, to frequent flus to champion of childbearin’.
Continuously connected through this cold hard system.
When my cries were denied you were the only one listening.
I didn’t play no dissin’ Mama when playing the dozens
For it wouldn’t be no me if she wouldn’t of gave Daddy no lovin’
Through the hard times and struggles, discomforts and pains.
The cold nights, beans and rice, mayo jars with kool-aid.
Yeah, I did my share of stupid stunts, fuck ups and cutting up in the class
You showed TOUGH LOVE and had no hang ups about tapping that ass.
And with those high times we had in my mind remains
First days of school and surprise birthdays.
They’ve been trying to divide us in hectic times throughout the history From masta’ selling me off ‘till today with Baby ‘T’.
You’ve produced pyramids, taught tribes and gave names to Nations.
You are not only my mother but the Mother of Civilization.
Those are your children in Kenya and the descendants in Dominican.
You’ve breast fed me in Botswana. And kept me clothed in Ghana.
Whenever they beat me down, you told me “Son stand up!” You said all men fall down but great Men get up.
When they came and framed me, and placed me behind these walls.
You knew the business, prison visits and collect phone calls.
From the womb to the tomb, from the belly to the grave.
Through four inch glass, prison blues and shackles and chains.
I love you dearly, miss you really.
And that ain’t never gon’ change.

"This system is a representative of prison. For we are born behind behind enemy lines. Our birth canals have been corrupted by chains and shackles.  Our maternity wards mirror that of a mothafuckin' concentration camp.:

Somehow we seem to be surprised and/or shocked with the exposing of the chemical biological warfare waged upon our community today. The forceful medicating of youth with Ridalin and other medications. The shaking and shooting up with the state supplied narcotics in the Cook county jail. In Illinois Juvenile detention centers the documented shooting up 16 yr. old boys with medication that took there sperm count down from a 1000 to zero! Just as the British did in China, the French and later the US in Viet Nam. They, the State. Intends for us to be a nation of junkies and remainder to be pigs and prisoners. In essence they want to Kill us All!

(By I Love Black People )

J. Marion Sims is called "the Father of Gynecology" due to his experiments on enslaved women in Alabama who were often submitted as guinea pigs by their plantation owners who could not use them for sexual pleasure.

He kept seven women as subjects for four years, but left a trail of death and permanently traumatized black women. Anarcha was one of the women Sims experimented upon. A detailed history of this monster is in Harriet Washington's book, Medical Apartheid.

Sims believed that Africans were numb to pain and operated on the women without anesthesia or antiseptic. The procedures usually happened this way.

Black female slaves who were guinea pigs would hold one subject down as Sims performed hysterectomies, tubal ligation, and other procedures to examine various female disorders.

Sims also performed a host of operations on other slave populations. The following excerpt details his "practice on enslaved infants.

Sims began to exercise his freedom to experiment on his captives. He took custody on slave infants and, with a shoemaker's awl, tried to pry the bones of their skulls into proper alignment.

We can only imagine what they endured at the hands of Sims and what horror an enslaved woman must have felt at the news that she was being sent to him for treatment. Surely rumors must have run rampant among enslaved communities about what he did to women there. All over South Carolina, Sims has been honored and memorialized with statutes and plaques. Buildings, hospitals, schools and streets bare his name. While it is impossible to negate the historical context of this racial, class and gender biases, shouldn't we agree to apply some standard of humanity to those we choose to honor?
