REENACTMENT OF THE
UPCOMING MOVIE
THE ASSASSINATION OF
CHAIRMAN FRED HAMPTON SR.
(Chicago, Illinois), – 12/4/14 –
The annual International Revolutionary Day (IRD) commemoration of
Chairman Fred Hampton Sr. of the Black Panther Party will begin at
12:00 noon with a reenactment of the historical panther led people's
procession where people convened from all over the world December 4,
1969, to see what happened. Movie filming of the first scene shoot
depicting the lives of Chairman Fred Hampton Sr and Defense Captain
Mark Clark's assassinations, will begin at 12:00 pm at 2337 West
Monroe, Chicago Illinois. This being the day in 1969, that the two
panther party members were assassinated in Chicago Illinois, by the
US government and the Chicago Police Department.
The
Massacre On Monroe, left in its aftermath, the assassinations
of twenty-one year old
Deputy Chairman Fred Hampton and
twenty-two year old Defense Captain Mark Clark. As it was
in life, it remains in legacy; the
attack of the struggle for self determination that the former
director
of the F.B.I., J. Edgar Hoover deemed
to be the number one threat to internal security of the
United States.
How was the Black Panther Party an
internal threat? By providing the first Free Breakfast program
nationwide. By providing Free Medical
Clinics. By providing information to better the communities of poor
people nationwide.
Chairman Fred Hampton Sr. Organized the
original Rainbow Coalition where all nationalities expressed points
of unity.
People/Extras will wear 1960's attire
throughout the day as well as, at 5:00pm for reenactment of funeral
services.
